I am cold and there are 5 kittens here right now which have decided to take it upon themselves to find the nice warm spot in your lap. Awwww you might say, but in fact it's AAAAAAARGH that you end up saying. They try to reach that leg-top nirvana with total disrespect for the usual conventions of actual lap existance. The point being they don't seem to care (or know) weather the intended lap-er is sitting or standing.... ouchie, ouchie, ouchie! Developing rapidly in the art of imitating the strongest bonding surface known to man - "Cat in Skin". I saw a tv show in the UK where they discussed the problems keeping the tiles on the outside of the shuttle. All they had to do, was paint them skin color, make them smell like early morning bath robe, and let a few hundred kittens loose on the outside!
