You know, you read the info, you check up on the usual things, you do everything by the book, you even go out to Staples and get a new USB 2 PCI card to get your Axim working properly due to the reluctance of Dell to publish on their site that it really needs a more stable power supply than a premature baby's incubator, and it still doesn't work. So you end up plugging it into your other PC, which you swore you would never soil with Office, and it works first time, and then needs Outlook putting on it.
