Tech News World is reporting that a court has ruled that the RIAA's version of dishing out lots of subpoenas, just by getting them rubber stamped, is not right.
So in essesnce this means that they will have to go through all of the traditional lawsuit processes, in order to get a result. They claim to be conintuing with filing, but cannot get the identities unless they have proof, and have to er.. prove it.
